CURRENT SC SITUATION

1. Bawal ang dalawang prom

• nauna magpropose ang JA sa execomm
• matagal nalinaw na 24-25 ang prom pero ayaw ng admin
• funding issues for 2 proms (PTA estimates 2.5k/student)
• new development: 9-10, 10-11, 11-12 all want prom

Solution:

• baguhin ang pangalan/premise ng event
  • Batch Team Building but Formal (DAJSKDGFHS)
  • ____ Banquet
• 23-24 senior’s night, 25-26 prom (not viable for SC plans)

1. Apparently PTA working with JA and not SC

• pool venue reserved (?)
• proposal already approved for JA (?)
• SC kept in the dark, no updates from either adviser or PTA

Solution:

• dialogues with all parties involved
• change of overall plan

4 POSSIBLE OUTCOMES

1. Magpaparaya para sa JA prom
   1. may prom pa rin, hindi lang tayo ang nagplano
   2. attendees only
2. Mas involved sa JA-led prom
   1. plans proposed to JA and carried out by SC itself
   2. ambag lang sa prom pero di ibobother plans ng JA
   3. JA controls timeslot and abilities
3. 2 separate JA and SC events approved
   1. malabo hahahahahaha
4. postpone plans until next year
   1. not prom, but social event (wow !)
   2. SC not guaranteed to be handling, track reps can handle if at least 1 SC push through
